We can help with everything from letters and memos to reports and journals. We work with Office 2007 but we can adapt all documents to fit your requirements. We would supply a professionally finished document on plain paper or you could choose to supply us with your own letterhead. You have a choice of leaving layouts and fonts to us or you could specify your requirements. Word processing service is charge at £10 per hour
Virtual Office Management
We can manage your diary by scheduling appointments. We can help with planning events personal or business related. We can assist with travel arrangements, restaurant reservations and many other tasks on request. We can sort your email, respond to routine emails, rid you of junk mail and forward items of importance. We can also provide you with a reminder service for business appointments, birthdays, anniversaries and bill paying. Virtual Office Management is charged at a rate of £12.50 per hour
Invoicing We can take on the responsibly of issuing your invoices to your clients on your behalf. We can also take on the responsibility of issuing reminders to client who are late paying their invoices either by telephone call or email reminder . Our invoice service is charged at £13.50 per hour
Proofreading
Checking proofs can be a slow and arduous task but it is essential for professionalism mistakes can often be missed and could be costly to your business. We can proofread you documents and we will mark changes on hard copy and/or change documents electronically, we would highlight any changes, additions or deletions. We can check and correct spelling, punctuation, grammar and general English errors. We will check and query errors or inconsistencies in style and content and we will also check for overall sense and clarity Proof reading is charged at a rate of 15.00 per hour (projects will be estimated and quoted before undertaking)
Transcription
We can transcribe letters, reports, meetings, seminars, conferences or interviews. We can transcribe standard audio tapes or DSS and WAV digital files. Once transcribed, your work can be emailed or posted. We can edit the literal transcription into a clear and easily understood text so that the speaker's meaning is clear. We work on the basis of 15 minutes of recorded speech will take one hour to transcribe. We charge Transcription by the hour at a rate of £15.00 per hour
Research
We offer an internet research service available to clients who need specific topics research for them and then we are able to report the information in the format of their choice. Prices for this services start at £10 per and can go up to £15 per hour depend of the size of project and level of research required.
Call Handling
We also offer a call handling service for clients either as or as a service on its own @ of 25 pence per minute for each call received or made, equalling £15 per hour plus a standard fee of £25 a month for the service or as an add on service for clients that sign up to one other service at a charge of £25 per month
